Haven't been on here in FOREVER! And the truth is I am not a big blogger anyways. Facebook is just easier for me to post pictures and catch up with people I know. Anyways...
-Jeremy and I moved from our upstairs apartment to a little 4 plex. 2/2 with a garage (not attached). =(
-Tyler turned 2!! Which I will post picture of. He had an Elmo birthday party, and I made his cake. Turned out cute for me! lol
-Jeremy applied for a transfer to the Target Distribution Center, and got hired on there. Now he work 6pm -6am Sat, Sun, and Mon and has the rest of the days off...minus when school starts. He just finished summer school today and has about a month off before fall semester starts.
-I have been laid off since the beginning of May and enjoying my time off with Tyler. I go back on the 28th of July.
-And for Tyler....he is growing up to fast right before my eyes. He is so smart and has such a little personality.

That's all for now, I will try to update what is going on with us at least once a month. But will post pictures soon. Especially for our family that we don't live close too.

Man I am slacking already!!! I have missed 2 weeks of blogging. I tell myself I will do it at the end of each week, but by the time Fri/Sat gets there I forget.
We have been pretty busy so far this year. School started, Jeremy dropped his history class, turned out he didn't really "need" to take it. So that is good, one less class, now he is actually down to full time. As for me I started working about 2 weeks ago. This time I am working in the office and not going to the schools to take pictures. I work Mon-Fri nights and then on Saturday mornings. That's all for now!

New Years Resolution

So I decided that one of my resolution this year would be posting on my blog at least once a week. Which I have failed at already!! But I am going to do better. Because I love going back and reading what was going on in our lives...this is my journal.

New Years Day we went over to my Aunt Patti's house for lunch. We visited together and played Just Dance, which I don't like (but have been told Just Dance 2 is way better, might have to try that).

On January 6th was our anniversary....4 years. He worked that night so we didn't do anything until the next day. We went to dinner at Macaroni Grill and then came home to watch a movie. It was a good and relaxing night without Tyler.

Tyler turned 21 months on the 15th. He will be 2 in LESS THAN 3 months!! He is already in his terrible twos! He gets into everything, and one of his favorite word is NO! He has been talking a lot more and seems to amaze us even more everyday!

School started yesterday for Jeremy and he is taking 15.5 units! Omg he is going to be so busy with working and going to school (12 units in full time) But I looked at what he has taken and what he still needs to take, and I figured out he only has 11 more classes to take. So by this time next year he should be on his last semester! I can't wait!!! As for me I am just doing that same old thing. Fox's goes back for Spring Pictures in February but I don't think I will be able to do it. A lot of bending on knees and crawling around. So I don't know what I am going to do. We will have to see. =)

Christmas 2010.....better late then never

Jeremy's mom came over Christmas eve morning. Tyler go into some chocolate while we were waiting for her to get here. He unwrapped the kiss wrapper all by him self. Look like he really liked it!

When she got here we watched Tyler's favorite movie "The Best of Elmo", visited for awhile, and then opened up some presents.

After we opened presents we headed to Quiznos for lunch before his mom had to leave. We had a good time, and Tyler loves seeing his grandma since we don't get to see her very often.

CHRISTMAS MORNING.....

Tyler woke up about 1:00am and started really crying. So I went in to get him and as soon as I picked him up he snuggled up to me....he didn't feel good at all. Tried laying in bed with him, but every time Jeremy moved Tyler woke back up. So Tyler and I ended up sleeping in the living room on the couch. Until about 4am when he woke up and refused to go back to sleep. So I fed him some breakfast and then Jeremy was awake too, so we decided to just open presents now.

I won tickets to the Monster Truck show at my work. Christmas party, so I decided to give those to Jeremy for Christmas.

By 6:00am Tyler was worn out, so we went back to bed until 9:30am. Once we were ready, we headed over to my parents house to open presents there and to have brunch......yummy!

When we were done over there, we came home. Jeremy went to bed (he had to work the next morning) Tyler still wasn't feeling to well, he had a fever of 101. So after some medicine and a luke warm bath and a nice long nap, he was feeling a little bit better. Then we went to my Aunt Karen's house for pie and games. We had a very busy and wonderful Christmas! =)

I think that's all for now!!! Still have more to caught up on...but I'll save that for another day! Gotta go get ready for our Family Annual New Years Day lunch...sauerkraut and meatballs. (I am the only one in the actual family that doesn't really like it....and Jeremy is the only one that married into the family that does) lol

So Tyler loves Elmo! I bought him an Elmo costume for Halloween and he loved it! Plus he looked so cute!
I bought him the Best of Elmo movie and he sometimes watches it 3 times a day and he actually sits through most of it! He even calls Elmo "bobo"....and the weird thing about that is that my friends little girl loved Elmo when she was little too. And she also called him bobo.
Tyler will be TWO in a little over 3 months. I can't believe it. Guess we will be having an Elmo Birthday party!!! =)

Tyler is getting to be so smart. He understands everything we tell him, and he knows where pretty much all of his body parts are! He may of started talking later then other kids. But oh well....now he is really starting to talk a lot more then he used to. And if he wants us to go somewhere, he will come up and grab out hand and pull us toward what he wants. We bought him a potty chair a few weeks ago. The first thing he did when we opened it, he wanted to pull down his pants and take off his diaper and sit on it! So he knows what to do....but I am going to wait until he wants to do it. Oh and he loves helping us do things mostly the laundry and doing the dishes! And is is a CLIMBER!

Only 3 months late! But here they are.....and his 1st birthday announcement, since we never sent out birth announcements! Hope you like them.

SO CUTE! I love all his pictures. And now I can't believe he is already 15 months old. Only good thing about that is, in 3 months he can go into nursery at church!! yay!! He is such a handfull now a days. What I am going to do when I start work again. I have a returning employees meeting for Fox's on Thursday and then training on the 28th and 30th for all the old and new employees. Should be fun!

It's been a long time, I know! Tyler just keeps me busy, he is growing so fast. He will be 15 months in about a week. All 4 of his first molars are in and another one on the bottom, so that makes 11 teeth! He is walking so good, and even kinda runs sometimes or just walks really fast. Especially when he is trying to beat us into a room before we shut the door! We really aren't around other babies b/c all my sisters kids are 5+ yrs old. We have been hanging out with some new friends from our church, that are here for the summer. Rebekah and her 8 month old son Emerson. Its nice to see Tyler play with other kids his own age. Which I need to start having more play dates with my friends with kids around the same age as well! *hint* (so if anyone ever wants to have a play date, just let me know!) Since we have hung out I haven't really held Emerson, but today when we went over to hang out and he crawled over to me so I pick him up and sat him on my lap for about 5-10 mins. All of a sudden Tyler just starts to get this poutty look on his face and he starts crying....it was so sad. I didn't know Tyler would get the jealous! But it was also cute on my end!

For 4th of July, Jeremy had to work that night, so Tyler and I went over to my parents house for dinner and fireworks with my sister's family also. Tyler went down for a nap after dinner, and then I got him up when we started to do fireworks. He really liked them, and also got to do a sparkler!

As for us, Jeremy is still working at Target and will be starting school at the end of August at Bakersfield College. And for me, I started on my new medication for my RA and it really seems to be helping I go back August 4th for the dr to see how everything is working. I also will be going back to work at Fox's School Portraits when they start back up, and I hopefully will be able to go out to the schools. Our lease is up at the end of September, we are still upstairs but the good this is that once our lease is up we would be able to transfer into a downstairs 3 bedroom if they have any available. But we are thinking of just staying in our same complex.

So other than that nothing much, Tyler has just been keeping us busy. I do still have his 1 year old pictures to post. I just have to get them scanned on the computer first. Hopefully soon.

Here are some things that have happened over these past few months:
First off none of you know this but...I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis as of the beginning of the year. The symptoms started about Oct/Nov 2009 and then in about Feb I just got worse pretty fast. I have been on medication since the beginning of February. I have gotten somewhat better. RA, it is a auto immune disease so it won't ever go away. As of right now I am on two medications to help control it and am up to the maximum dosage. When I go back in June the doctor will asses how I am doing and see if I am feeling any better, if not we will have to talk about some other medication to add to what I am already taking. So I will just have to wait and see. We only have about 4 more months until our lease is up and then we will be MOVING !! I can't wait I hate living up stairs and it is so hard for me. So if you know of any good, kinda cheap apartments let me know (.....IN BAKERSFIELD, AMY;) )

In other news...Tyler is just going up right before my eyes. I can't believe how big he is getting. When we took Tyler to the doctor or his one year checkup he was about 21 lbs and and 28 in long That puts him in the 10th percentile for his height and 25th for this weight. We finally have insurance with Jeremy's job at Target and have Kaiser now....and I love it. Dr. NGUYEN is his pediatrician and I really like him, totally different then his pediatrician.
If you guys ever look at my facebook, I'm sure you've seen...Tyler has started really walking! He crawls most of the time still, but he is getting pretty good at walking and isn't afraid now. Before when he would walk with us as soon as we let go and he realized was taking a few step by himself he would fall and start crawling. Before I know it he will be running all around the house.
As of right now, Tyler have 6 teeth...4 on top and 2 on bottom. But his two top first molars just broke through the gums. So he has been really cranky the past few days. I just posted pictures on facebook for the month of April, so you can look at pictures there for now. Take care!

So I know I keep saying I am going to try to do better at blogging...but I don't!

Tyler turned 8 months old and got more teeth...as of right now he has 6!!! 4 on top and 2 bottom.

My dad's birthday was the 17th of December, we all went to lunch for his birthday. It was a lot of fun. This picture of Tyler is on my dad's birthday.

For Christmas eve we went to a family party where Tyler got to see Santa for the first time:

January 6th 2007 :

3 years ago today....Jeremy and I were sealed in the Los Angeles Temple. A lot has happened in the past three years, including...
moving to Arizona. While we were there we met some of our best friends Amy & Dannon, I got a job as a Flight Attendant (which I never would have thought about, but I LOVED it!)....lived in Virgina for about a month while working as a FA and almost moved to Grand Junction, CO. Then the best thing of all, got pregnant.
moved back to Bakersfield. lived with me parents for about a year after moving back, had Tyler in April of 2009, Jeremy got a good permanent job, and moved into our own apartment!

I am so lucky to have met a guy like Jeremy. He is such a wondering and loving husband, but also a terrific father. Happy Anniversary Babe! I LOVE YOU!

8 Months!

So I know I said I was going to try to do better....but since it's been a month since I last posted, i'm not!
Anyways....Tyler is 8 months old today....and I can't believe it! I know I say that every time.....but I really can't. He just amazes us everyday. He is crawling like a pro and still gets into EVERYTHING!! And he loves to get up on things and walk....he will be crawling before we know it! He has 4 teeth! The 2 bottom ones and then the 2 on top just came in last week. Tyler is sick right now...with a cough and really runny snotty nose! Poor baby...and he hates the "snot sucker"
We took him to the doctor yesterday...he weights 19 lbs 12 oz and is about 27" long.
We finally put up our first Christmas tree...or as Jeremy calls it...our table topper since it it only a 3 ft tree. :-) Here are a few pictures taken with my phone.

7 Months!

6 1/2 Month pictures!

Time has sure flown by. I can't believe my baby boy is 7 months today!
He has grown and changed so much from when he was born. He weighs 18 lbs 11 oz and is about 26 1/2 inches long. He is moving as much as he is eating so he hasn't really gained any weight in the past few months. He loves his cereal, fruits, and veggies....he is on the mixed ones now. So far he isn't allergic to any foods, which I am happy for. He loves to make noise now, especially when he is in a good mood. :-)
Jeremy now works a nights from 12am to 9am. Which sucks, because we don't get to see each other very often. He is also going to school. But my last day of work at Fox's School Portraits is Friday, and then I will get laid off, until the spring when school pictures start back up. I am looking forward to it, so I can spend more time with Tyler and Jeremy. Which is the best time to be with him, since he is changing so much so fast! Tyler just amazes us everyday. Sorry...I have been really bad lately! Its been 2 months since I last blogged. And a lot has happened since then. Jeremy really enjoys his job at Target, he has been there almost 3 months. We moved into our own apartment, at the end of September. We really like having our own place! We found Tyler a full size crib on Craiglist for $50, it turns from a crib into a toddler bed.
Tyler is getting so big! And moving all around, he has been crawling for about a few months, now he has it mastered. He is also standing up while holding onto something, and loves his walker! He still hasn't gotten anymore teeth beside the two bottom one. But I think some are getting ready to come in, he is chewing on everything! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful and happy baby!

Tyler's 1st tooth came in last Sunday, as you all know. While we were at the doctor's office on Tuesday, I noticed that he had another tooth coming in....and it completely broke through the gums on Wednesday! I can't believe he has two teeth already and will be 5 months on Tuesday! Tyler had a cough for about a week or so, that's why were were at the doctor's, and it turns out that he has an ear infection. So between that and teething he wasn't too happy. But now he is doing much better, and can tell he is feeling better. :-) He goes back in the the 17th to make sure he is getting better.
On Wednesday I got a call from Summerhill Apartments, they have a 2 bedroom apartment opening up at the end of this month. By the time I got off of work, and got over to the apartment, someone else had already came in with money for a credit check. So I leave and was almost home when she called me and said that the people had more than $2,000 in collections so they weren't eligible. So I went back....we passed the credit check and now we are just waiting for all them to get the paperwork back from our employers and past residency. Everything should be good, and we should be moving at the end of the month!!!

Tyler went on his 1st camping trip we me this weekend. Jeremy had to work Friday & Saturday so Tyler and I went and met my parents at a family/ friend reunion. We used to go all the time when Caralee and I were younger. My mom wanted us to come up so she could show Tyler off to everyone! :-) He did really good, and everyone loved him. Tyler and I slept in a tent while we were there for 2 nights. He liked being outside, he is going to love the outdoors just like his daddy!
We came home today since Jeremy was off Sunday & Monday. Tyler was happy to see his daddy since he didn't see him for 2 days! Today we noticed that he had another 1st this weekend...he has a TOOTH coming in on the bottom. It is just barley starting to break through his gums!
Yay for Tyler!!
Jeremy & I are so grateful to have Tyler in our lives and lucky that he is such a good baby! We just love being parents and just like Tyler, we are learning new things everyday!

Tyler loves eating cereal. His pedi told us that we could start feeding him cereal when we had his 4 month appointment. When we got home we tried to give him rice cereal, he did pretty well. After a few days he really got the hang of it and loves it now!
Jeremy officially started work today at Target. I have been working so much these past few weeks. My dad has been watching Tyler while we are working or Jeremy is at school. Sometimes is hard being away from Tyler when I have a long day at work. That's all for now. Enjoy the pictures!

I know i've been a slacker....just been so busy lately. Where to start.....Tyler had his 4 month doctor appointment on the 13th. He weighted 15 lbs 11 oz and was 25 1/2 inches long, and had to get more shots...but he did pretty well. Tyler is just growing so much right before my eyes and he amazes us everyday. We have a jumparoo and he LOVES it! He will just sit there and jump away. We are going to have to start "baby proofing" soon with him being able to roll all around the room. He loves to smile and laugh now, and is pretty ticklish. :-)
On the 16th we finally had Tyler's baby blessing, everything went good and Jeremy did such a good job. Thanks to everyone that participated and was there, it meant a lot to us :-) After church we came home and packed and headed down south to visit Amy, Dannon & Payton while they were in CA. They were nice to let us stay in their hotel room with them and then Monday morning we got up and headed to Huntington Beach. We where there most of the day....Tyler went into the ocean for the first time and he didn't really like the water but loved to look at the ocean. So we rinsed him off and put his clothes back on, and we took turns watching him. We had a blast playing in the water...it was a perfect day to go to the beach. It was so good to see them again and glad they came to visit! We miss you guys!
I have been busy working....it's hard to get back into the hang of things since I got laid off in Nov last year. And getting up at 4:30am in the morning and having to stay up. Jeremy had orientation for Target on the 20th and then started training on Friday. Today is his last day of training and then he will start working again on the 3rd of Sept. when they get the keys to the new store. We are going to have to figure things out with Jeremy and I both working early in the morning and him going to school at night Mon-Wed. My dad will watch Tyler for us while we are at work. But at least I will be getting off pretty early. We will just have to see how things work out.
Summerhill Apartments called us on Friday, they have an apartment opening up at the middle of September. We were able to call them back yet, so we will see. We still aren't sure what what we are going to do....try to get into this apartment or wait until the next on opens up so we can try to pay off our stuff with both of us having jobs.
I will try to do better with blogging and let you know what's going on. Finally here are some pictures....some of them are from June/July when we were in Utah. :-)

ROLLING OVER

So just a quick post. I just wanted to tell everyone that Tyler can roll all the way over now!! Boy are we going to be in trouble soon! I can't believe how big my little boy is getting. He will be 4 months next Saturday.
I will try to post pictures soon....just been really busy. Went back to work at Fox's School Portraits. OH and Jeremy got a job at Target!!! I am so happy for him.

No Big Deal!

So I just got back to Amy's house from my group interview session for Skywest Airlines. There were about 100 people there...needless to say I didn't get picked for a one on one interview. No big deal! I just figured that since we were up here, that I should go just in case. I think that it is for the better anyways! I am not ready to leave Tyler for a few days at a time....I would miss him WAY too much! When I was at the interview session I called to talk to Jeremy and then he put the phone up to Tyler's ear and I said hi and what not to him. Jeremy said that when I started talking his eyes got all big! He could hear mommy but just not see me. We will be heading back to Bakersfield on Sunday...but we are leaving Northern Utah on Wednesday morning to go down and help our friends do bounce houses in Cedar City, Utah. I am going to be calling Fox's School portraits tomorrow and see if I can work in the Fall again....and then Jeremy's has applied for a few jobs in Bakersfield....so again we will have to wait and see what happens.

6 hours!

For about a week now Tyler has been sleeping for 6 hours straight at night!!! I can't wait till he sleeps through the night. He has recently moved up to drinking 6 oz of formula instead of 4. He is a little oinker!
We have been having a wonderful time in Layton, Utah spending time with our friends and getting to see Jeremy's family that lives here. They love Tyler! My friends little girl that we have been staying with, absolutely love Tyler. Whenever he is crying she goes and rubs his back....She is so cute!
We decided to stay up here a while longer because Jeremy got laid off and Sky West airlines in hiring flight attendant. They have an open interview session the June 29th in Salt Lake City so we decided to stay so I could go to that. I loved being a flight attendant and would love to do it again if Jeremy isn't able to find a job. I just don't know how I would do with leaving Tyler....I know it will be hard. But one of use needs a good job, and jobs in Bakersfield are just so bad right now. So we shall see.

Yesterday I was sitting at the table on the computer and Jeremy comes up and puts Tyler on my shoulders. So stand up with him and go into the living room so Jeremy can take a picture of us. St. George

Last weekend we made a trip to St. George, Utah to go see Jeremy's grandparents. It was their first time seeing Tyler and they adored him! We left Bakersfield on Friday afternoon and drove to Vegas and got a hotel because Tyler was getting so tired of being in the car. We got into St. George Saturday about noon. Our friends Amy, Dannon, and their little girl Payton came down from Layton, Ut to see us. We met up with them and took a tour of the Brigham Young winter home then went to Olive Garden to eat. Poor Jeremy was sick and couldn't eat anything. I was lucky enough and got sick with the 24 hour bug Wednesday night and was better by Friday morning....but then I must have given it to Jeremy. After we ate they headed back to their hotel for a nap and we headed to his grandparents house. His uncle and aunt came down from Weber, Ut to see/meet us and Tyler. It is really good to meet his family, they are all really nice. Later that night we met back up with our friends for some Thick Shakes at Iceberg. After that we said our goodbyes and went back to his grandparent. We had a good weekend with them....and on Monday we went for a little hike to see some Indian Paintings (which Jeremy thinks most of them were fake). It was really pretty and perfect weather for a hike. We had a wonderful fun filled weekend.....I am so glad that we were able to go!!!

Today Jeremy and I went to have lunch with some of my friends from Bakersfield, that now live in Salt Lake City and Layton. It was really fun to see them! I got too see Aly and meet Spencer and her adorable little boy Will. (forgot to get pictures with her :( Bonnie rode down to SLC with me and I was able to meet her husband Brady and see her cute pregnant belly!! Yesterday was Tyler's 2 month birthday!! He is getting to be so big! At his doctor's appointment on Thursday he weighed 13 lbs 10 oz and was 24 inches long. He has gained an average of 2 lbs a month! Which I believe....he is a good eater! He eats about 5 oz of formula every 3-4 hours. He is getting better at sleeping at night, last night he slept almost 6 hours....but when he woke up, boy was he hungry. He was crying his head off!!! He really likes his Bumbo chair and is sitting in it so well! Here are from pictures from yesterday. :-)

So we turned in an application for an apartment about a month ago, and nothing yet. They told me that the wait list was 1-3 months....so we could have another 2 months to wait. I am really hoping that we get into these apartments! They rent is low and it would be great to have our own place again...I can't wait!
Tyler is getting bigger everyday! He has his next dr appointment next week. I weighed him on my parent's scale last week and he was a little of 12 pounds! He is leaning new things everyday. He is making all kinds of sounds and is focusing on stuff now. If someone else is holding him and I start talking he will turn his head and look at me. :-) He has finally stopped crying every time we changed him....for the first 2-3 weeks or so every time we put him on the changing table he would throw a fit (which made it even harder for Jeremy to change his diaper, since he has never changed a diaper before Tyler's).
What else....whenever we put him on the floor mat on his belly he will move his legs around, but has no idea what to do with his arms! Tyler loves to sit up now and just look around the room or at the TV, so I bought one of the Bumbo Chairs to try since he already is pretty good at sitting up, and he loves it!
We are going on our first road trip to St. George, Ut next weekend to go see Jeremy's grandparents. They haven't seen Tyler yet and he is their first great grandchild. I'm excited to go, it should be fun!

Today Tyler had is one month doctor appointment. He now weighs 11 lbs 6 oz and is 22 inches long. His head measured at 15 inches. The doctor said everything looks good. He goes back June 11th, and he has to get his shots. Hope everyone has a good week!

Yesterday, Tyler was one month old!! I can't believe it has been a month already....time sure is going by fast. We are doing good....still trying to get used to waking up about 3 times a night, and him not going to "bed" until like 11pm. But the nice thing is that on the weekends, Jeremy is off, so he takes care of Tyler at night since he works from 9pm till 5:30am so I can caught up on some sleep! :-)
Mother's Day was good, we went out to Taft to see Jeremy's mom and grandma. His mom got me this cookie flower arrangement. Tyler got me a candle and a photo thing. Overall we had a good day!
I went to the doctor Wednesday, and everything was fine...and I am almost all healed from my episiotomy. Tyler goes to the doctor on Monday. I am anxious to see how much he weighs and everything. Well I guess that's it for now. I will put the pictures on soon!

Sorry for not posting in a while. I know people want to know what's going on and how Tyler is. I've just been a little busy. But we are doing good. I can't believe that he is already 3 1/2 weeks old. He can already hold his head up so good on his own. He has also found his thumb...And when his is laying on our stomach he will go and move his little legs like he is trying to crawl. I think he is going to be a fast learner! And yesterday he SMILED for the first time! I got the cutest picture of him. He is growing so fast, we go back to the Dr. on the 18th or his 1 month check-up. Well I hope everyone has a good Mother's Day....I am really excited for my 1st Mother's Day...Jeremy says he actually has to get me something now..lol! Enjoy the pictures!!

So here's the deal! They are inducing me TODAY! I just called the hospital to see if they had any beds available, and they think that they will have one about 8:30am so I gotta call back then. So hopefully I will have him today. :-)
My family keeps asking me why they are inducing me today...just one day after my "technical due date" which my original due date was the 13th. But since when I had my ultrasound he was measuring a week early, getting April 6th as the EDD. So I could be 8 days overdue or just 1....who knows!
On Sunday night, I finally started having contractions. OMG did they hurt, I thought I was going to go to the hospital then, I was getting the rest of my stuff packed. They went on for like an hour 1/2, and then just stopped all of a sudden. Honestly, I was kinda sad when they stopped, because I was really hoping I was in Labor. At my doctor's appointment yesterday I was dilated to about a 2!! And told him about my contractions, and he said that they could go on like that for weeks, if they weren't inducing me tomorrow. But they ARE!
So after my contractions Sunday night and feeling how bad they hurt, is starting to make me nervous. But at the same time I am really excited! I can't wait to be a mommy!
Well I'm going to go lay back down in bed for about an hour or so. I will try to post again when I actually go to the hospital...I will be delivering at Memorial. And I will try to post some pictures after he is born...if not on here check facebook or myspace!

No Change

So I went to the doctor yesterday....and guess what. No change from last week. I haven't dilated anymore. :-( I was really hoping that I was going to be at least more than 1cm! But nope....all that walking and stuff did me no good! lol. Before I left he wanted me to go do another blood test to see if I am anemic...so I should find out tomorrow. My next doctor's apointment is scheduled for Monday...so we will see what happens then. I'll keep ya all updated....and if nothing happens before Tuesday, then I will be getting induced...as long as they have a bed for me! I can't wait to meet our baby boy....

So I though that yesterday was supposed to be the big day, but now I am thinking that my original due date of April 13th from KMC is more accurate. Being that....the first place I went to was Planned Parenthood to get a preggy test. I told them that my LMP was July 7th and they told me that my EDD would be April 6th, and that is what they put on my paper. I got summoned for Jury Duty on the 20th of April so I was filling out the paper and explaning why I wanted to be excused and made a copy of my proof of pregnancy to send with the stuff. And that is when I noticed that.... the people at Planned Parenthood didn't even calculate my due date right!!!! WTH! And I thought that I just gave KMC a different LMP date, seeing that I was like 15 weeks pregnant before I even got to go to the doctor, and didn't exactly remember by then! So since I JUST relized that Planned Parenthood calculate my due date WRONG I think that April 13th for my due date is right, which is what my doctor has anyways, I believe. But either way....if I don't go into labor by then I am getting induced on the 14th!!

I got a call from my Doctor's office on Friday....she told me that they have me scheduled for an induction on the 14th. So if I don't have the baby by then, I have to call the hospital at 6AM and tell then that and ask if they have a bed available. If so they will tell me what to do and come in so they can induce me. So I have only about 10 days at the most left of being pregnant. I am hoping that Tyler decides to come out sooner than that though! I have been having mild contractions more often now....but not even close enough, or even that bad of ones. My next doctor's apointment is scheduled for the 8th. So we shall see! that I am dialated 1 cm!!! Yay!! It's about time. Everything looks good, the head is in the right position. Forgot to ask how big he thinks the baby is...so I will do that next week. I think that Jeremy and I might need to go walking more to get the ball rolling! :-) He said that I was dropped, but I don't feel like it...I still feel like he is all up in my ribs!

So I was told that I need to update...since my last post I had 25 days to go. And now I am down to almost a week. It is just crazy to me that I am going to be a mommy really soon! :-) I am really excited about it...the pregnancy seems to have gone by fast. It was a really good one....not having morning sickness and just everything else seems to have been good. I love being pregnant, especially being able to feel him move around inside of me, it is the most amazing thing. I went to the Dr. Wednesday, and surpise to me...I wasn't dialated at all!!! I go back on April 1st, so we will see. My baby showers were fun....it was good to see everyone that came! I got a lot of stuff that I needed. There are pictures posted on my facebook and myspace from them, if you'd like to see them. We have the crib set up, right next to our bed. Along with some other stuff. I am just so excited and anxious!! We will let you know :-)

As for Jeremy his job is going good. He seems to like it and has been getting some overtime. Which is good for us. We are tying to pay off all of our loans so we can be pretty much debt free! We are working on that. And saving up money for when we get our own place. We are going to start looking at apartments soon, mostly the low-income ones. We can get a 2 bedroom with washer/dryer for about $650/month. Which is really good. We just have to see what they want for work history. That's about it for now....I'll try to update after I go to the doctor on Wednesday!

I can't believe I have less then 4 weeks! Jeremy and I are very happy with the name Tyler! We love it, my sister keeps saying other names we should pick. But we AREN'T going to change our minds. Tylers been very active lately....kicking, punching, whatever else he can do in there. Everything is still going fine. The only thing is that its hard for me to sleep and get comfortable!! I seem to wake up almost every hour, even more now since....Jeremy got the job at Dreyer's :-) yay!!! Well he is technically working for ManPower, a temp. agency. He started March 3rd....he works Sun-Thurs 9pm- 5:30am and Fri he works 6pm-2am, which means his only night off is Saturday! Which is ok right now, because we need the money.
I had my first weekly apointment today, the Dr. said everything was fine and that I haven't dropped yet. I go in Wednesday for my next apointment.
Jeremy and I were able to go to the Maternity Orientation & Tour last Thursday, it was good. And then we went to a discharge class last night, so that we wouldn't have to do it they day I go home from the hospital. We tried to get into the child birth class that starts on the 16th but it was already full. So I am not going to be taking any classes, but thats ok!
I have just been so busy lately doing all kind of things. One of my Baby Showers is on Saturday, that my mom is giving me and I've been helping her get stuff ready. I am really excited for it, and can't wait...and excited that I get to have another one from my friends at church, especially since I never got a bridal shower :( but it's all good! I just can't wait to meet our baby boy!! :-)

We have finally decided on a name....well first name for sure! His name is going to be TYLER!!! :-) For as long as it has taken us to decide....we both really like this name!
35 WEEKS!! I can't believe I only have about 5 more weeks to go! I will be delivering at Memorial Hospital....which is also where I was born! We are all pre-registered, and I am hoping to take a maternity orientation & tour on Thursday. I didn't take any classes...my Dr. never really said anything about it...so I'm not sure if very many people take them anymore. I just found out last week that they offer them at the hospital.....but its a 4 week class and cost $45. So I think I'm a little too late for that, seeing that I only have 5 weeks left till my due date! But I might try calling tomorrow and finding out. But if you guys have anything to tell me that might help me out....please do. It's always good to hear things from other people....besides just my sister. ;)
But in other news.....Jeremy found out that the county for the sheriff's job is on a hiring freeze, but his stuff has been assigned to a background investigator...so hopefully this hiring freeze wont last too long! As for Jack In The Box.....he hasn't even worked since his 1st week! How retarted is that!!!! How to they expect people to remember what they have been taught if they haven't worked in 3 weeks!! SO he has been looking for other jobs. Last week he went to a hiring orientation thing for Dryers Ice Cream. They are closing down the plant in Texas and expanding the one here in Bakersfield. So they are hiring a bunch of people right now for temporary work 40 + hours a week. He interviewed for that, and sent him to go do a drug test and hearing test the next day. Now we are just waiting for him to hear back from them!! I am just hoping that this goes though. We really need him to get a job..(that works him)! Especially to save up money b/c we don't know what our living situation is going to be, because my parents are going to be loosing their house...we just don't know when that is going to happen.
Other than that we are doing great! Just keeping busy and getting everything ready for the baby. One more 2 week Dr. apt and then I start going every week!! We are both getting really exciting...and he is moving all the time!! I can't wait to see our little guy!!!

I can't believe that I have less than 8 weeks to go. This pregnancy has gone by so fast and smoothly for the most part! I say that now....lets just see what happens when I go into labor! I had a Dr. apt. yesterday and he said that his heartbeat sounds good. Within the last few weeks I've started getting Braxton Hick (I think thats how you say/spell it) contractions (basically practice contractions). My Dr said that's all good...just as long as the don't get worse or less then 10 mins apart. Which they aren't even close to that....I get them like no more than twice a day, if not less. Jeremy and I are both just getting really excited and nervous at the same time!! We need to start getting everything put together...finding a place in our room to put the crib and all that. I have been working on getting names and address for my baby shower (so if you wanna come...send me your address) which will be next month!
As for Jeremy...no news on the County job yet. He read in the paper last week that they County might have to lay some people off. So we will still have to wait and see. But we are still hoping for the best, and that he gets this job. But for right now....he got a job at the wonderful Jack In The Box. Anything is better than nothing!!! Today will only be his 2nd day, the 1st day all is did for 4 hours what watch videos about JITB, and training videos. Hopefully today he actually gets to do something.
Need to go start doing laundry....and here are some recent pictures: The white shirt I am 30 weeks preggy and mine and my cousin's birthday lunch. In the turquoises I am 32 weeks pregnant and then Jeremy and I and he finally got his hair cut! My belly has gotten a lot bigger, even just over 2 weeks!!!

Our poor little guy! So.....I guess I was wrong about my last post! We haven't narrow it down yet! Even though I'm glad that everyone picked Zachary and not David (that was Jeremy's choice). lol For a girl I had always had a few names that I like. But for a boy....I don't know. There are lots of names that I like and some are different, but Jeremy says no. :( So here are a few names that we both agree on...let us know what you think!!!

everyone who wished me a happy birthday! I can't believe that I'm 23!! I had a good day yesterday....Jeremy, my sister, bro in -law, and my niece Johanna and I when to Mauricio's for lunch. I got a free meal, they sung to me and brought me ice cream w/ whipped cream....and they put it on my nose!! It was fun though.....and luckily our car battery died on the 22nd and it was still under warranty (only till Feb 17th though) so we got a new car battery for FREE!! And then for dinner my mom, Jeremy, Johanna, and I when to IHOP for dinner well techniqually breakfast since thats what we all ordered. So thanks for the birthday wishes, it meant a lot. :-)

So yesterday Jeremy had his orientation for the Sheriff's Detentions Deputy Trainee position. They are having around 1,000 (i think) go to the orientation and they are looking to hire about 130 people. Jeremy got another postcard in the mail that said he was tired for 128, so that's really good. He got a bunch of papers for a background check with he has to turn in by Saturday. He also has to get fingerprinted and sometime along the way get a polygraph test done (which he has done one of those before when he worked for AT Systems). He learned that about 80% of the applicants get dropped out because they fail the background check. Jeremy shouldn't have any problems with any of those so this are looking good. The only this is that he will need to find a job in the meantime, because they aren't even looking to start the training until like April!! And with my luck he will start training and I'll go into labor! He is really excited about this, so we are both hoping that everything works out!

I can't believe that Jeremy and I have been married for 2 years already! Time has sure flown by....and that in 3 months we will have our brand new addition to our family, and we couldn't be happier! I am so thankful for Jeremy and everything he does for me, and I know he will make an amazing dad.

Jeremy and I wanted to do something fun for our anniversary, (our last one without any little ones) so we decided to go on a little road trip to the coast. We both love the beach, and are happy to be back in Cali were it is easy for us to go....unlike when we lived in Arizona. We decided to go to Morro Bay and then to Pismo. Even though it was something very simple and inexpensive it was wonderful to get out of town and to spend the whole day together.

Its hard to believe that in just 3 months (April 6th) we are going to have a baby boy. We still haven't been able to agree on a name yet, so we'll have to work on that. I just hope that before the baby comes that we will be able to have our own place and not be living with my parents. I am so grateful for them letting us stay here while we get back on our feet. Jeremy has his orientation on Saturday, so hopefully things go well. That way we are able to pay off some of our debts and save money before that baby comes. I'll post some pictures from today once I get them onto the computer. And if you look you call thell that I have really "popped" ;)

So Jeremy had his interview on the 17th for the Kern County Sheriff's Detention Deputy Trainee. He said that, he thought, it went pretty good. The asked him a few questions and then some scenarios for him to answer. We have been waiting for him to get a post card in the mail...but yesterday some lady called him and said that they wanted him to go to orientation!! :-) Not sure exactly what that means....that's all she said was for orientation on Jan 10th. So I guess in 2 weeks we will find out exactly what that is. I am really hoping that he gets this job, and he was so excited when they called yesterday. It has been a long process applying for this job and just waiting to hear from them. But if he gets the job in the end, it was worth all the waiting.

Dr. Apt

I had my Dr. apt today, and thought I was going to get an ultrasound today...but no. :( My Dr. filled out an authorization for one and told me to call tomorrow or Monday to see if the place inside KMC got it and then I can make an apt. My apt. was at 2:45 at the OB-GYN Clinic at KMC...we waited for 2 hours until I got called back to see the actual Dr. We listened to the baby's heartbeat and she measured me which all took about 5-10 mins. And we were done! As of right now she said that I am measuring about 24 weeks. But im only 21 1/2 weeks. So hopefully we will get to have an ultrasound soon so we can get a better guess about how far along I am! So when we do find out what we are having I'll let ya all know!! :-)
OH and about 4 weeks ago Jeremy took a test for a Sheriffs Detention Deputy Trainee (pretty much you just babysit the jail), and out of everyone he got a letter in the mail today for him to have an interview on the 17th of Dec!! Wish him luck...this would be a great job for him with good pay and good benefit eventually. So we shall see!!!

After a LONG 2 months of dealing with Medi-cal I finally got approved! Today I went to the medi-cal place and filled out an application for Kern Family. Now I just have to wait for that to be approved BEFORE I can go to the doctor!!! Thats right....I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN TO THE DOCTOR YET, and I am about 14 weeks pregnant! I am probably going to go to a clinic, if I am not able to go to the doctor soon. But I am hoping that they will let me make an appointment with the paperwork I have now. Other than that, we are doing good. I'll try to post some pictures when I take some. I can't wait to go to the doctor and to find out what I am having!!! :-)

I'm Pregnant!!

So I guess it's about time for me to post on here about me being pregnant!! :-) Jeremy and I found out about a month ago that I was preggy. I am due April 13th so that puts me at about 11 weeks almost! We are really excited!
As soon as I took the home preggy test, I went and filled out an application for Medi-cal since we don't have any insurance yet. Before my meeting with them they had to me I needed to get a proof of pregnancy and suggested I go to Planned Parenthood (pretty much where people go to get abortions). So I went there to take a pee test for them to tell me something I already knew, but I had to go. So after I did that they called me back...they told me I was pregnant...duh! Next, she asked me a few questions about Jeremy and I including how long we've been together....my responce was well we have been Married for almost 2 years! Her next question was....so are you planning on CONTINUING WITH THE PREGNANCY!!! All I said was yes....even though I wanted to say more....lol. So I go back out into the waiting room where Jeremy is waiting...and there are a bunch of other people in there, including some young girls. As we were leaving I was telling Jeremy that she told me I was preggy and when I was due and all that. Keeping in mind I was exciting when I was telling him this OF COURSE!! Right as we were getting ready to walk out the door, I heard some girls talking and saying SHE'S HAPPY!?! I wanted to go back in there and say to those girls....HECK YEAH...OF COURSE I AM HAPPY! I was just amazed about how many girls and young girls were in there for pregnancy test and for birth control and whatever else. All probably w/out their parents knowing. But anyways.....that was my story!
I had my appt. for Medi-cal on Aug 13th and still haven't gotten my paper work...which means...I haven't been able to go to the doctor! You would think that cuz im preggy that they would have something to give me so that I can go. But eveything seems to be going fine. Haven't had any morning sickness (thank goodness)! I just hope it stays that way! We are all really excited and can't wait to find out what we are having.....and we will let everyone knows as soon as we find out!

Back to Bakersfield!

So for those of you who don't know...Jeremy and I moved back to Bakersfield. Things just weren't working out for us there.....nor on our way to move to Grand Junction. So we talked it over, and I decided to quit my job, as much as I liked it, and move back to Bakersfield. We are really happy to be back here with all our family and friends. We didn't have anything in Arizona and didn't leave anything behind, except for my good friend Amy (which I miss and her adorable little girl Payton)!! So when we figured out that we were moving back here I called up my old boss at Fox's School Portraits and asked if she was still hiring. So I am going back to work there, and am happy about that. Jeremy right now is just in the process of looking for a job, perferably one with insurance, since we pretty much haven't had any since we got married. So if any of our good friends here in Bako wanna hang out, just give us a call!!

Bad Luck!!

So I am finally not on the east coast anymore. And actually gotten to see my husband everyday! So I am supposed to based in Grand Junction, Co...last week on Tueday on July 1st Jeremy and I packed up our car and headed to CO. When we get into Flagstaff, AZ the car starts driving wierd so we pull over, and guess what WE HAVE A FLAT TIRE!! So we find the nearest shop and get it fixed. Back on the road again....everything seems fine. We pull over in a town call Kayenta in AZ for a restroom break, get back in the car and see that our battery light is on. Hoping that it is our battery and not our alternator we keep driving, seeing that I am supposed to be at work at 7:30 the next morning, and this is about 10:30pm when it happens. So we keep driving....noticing that our lights are getting dim and we are in the middle of nowhere, I start speeding up to try to make it to the next town. But right before we hit the AZ/UT border out car DIES at about 12am and with NO CELL PHONE SERVICE! Finally about 30 mins later a car pulls over and lets us use their cell phone (they have verizon) and we call our insurance company to get a tow truck, we thanked them and they left. About 1 1/2 hours later still now tow truck. But luckily Jeremy gets someone else to pull over to see if they have cell phone service....verizon again! So we call our insurance company back and they say that it should be here within 1 hour. So then I call work and tell them what happened and that I wont be able to make it but I will try my best, and called my parents to let them know what was going on. They leave.....about 30 mins later the tow truck gets there. Tows us to Farmington, NM about 80 miles down the road and takes us to a Ford dealership. We get there about 6am, so we had to wait around for about an hour for them to open. We tell them what happend, and they said they could look at it around noon. Ok...so they call us back around noon and yet...our ALTERNATOR WENT OUT and it will cost about $800 to get it fixed! But the part wont be here till tomorrow. So I call work and let them know whats going on and asked if there was anyway I could come back to Phx instead seeing that we now have no money to move. I found a flight to get me to Phx that night so I could work the next morning. Go to the airport and counld't get on the flight. I listed as a United non-rev (standby) but even though online it said United operated by Great Lakes Airline..it wasnt really a United flight. Called work again. And Jeremy to come get me with the Ford Courtesy shuttle. So the next day, Thursday, our car finally gets done about 6pm and we still have to drive all the way back to Phoenix. So we take turns driving, and I drove the last hour home and about 5 minutes before we get home I get PULLED OVER. The speed limit went from 65 to 45 and aparently I didnt see the first sign so I was still going over 45 when got into the 45 speed limit zone. In the end the cop was nice and only gave me a warning. That was our week last week...just filled with BAD LUCK! But my mom says its running in the family right now! But luckliy we are both ok and as of right now I still have my job. Plus I can't remember the last time Jeremy and I spent that much time together.
On the 4th of July we forgot about everything and hung out with our friends Amy and Dannon and their adorable little girl Payton! We went to Dinner, and back to their house and played Clue! We had a good night! :-)

Day at the Airport!

So yesterday I spent most of my day in the airport! I got my first flight Tuesday night and we flew to Columbia, SC. So Yesterday our plane back to Washington/Dulles was delayed, so we got to the airport about 3pm. Keeping in mind we were originally supposed to leave at 2:25pm And we we kept seeing was DELAYED!! So the crew that was supposed to leave about 7pm shows up for their call time at about 6pm. Long story short....both of our flight ended up being canceled, which we found out about 10pm. And it was all due to weather in VA. There was severe weather and TORNADO watches in DC. How crazy is that....im just glad we werent there. They had to shut down the ATC (traffic) tower and have then got to the ground. So This moring....I am working the flight back to Washington/Dulles that was supposed to leave at 6:10am, but as of right now isn't going to take-off till 8:30am. So now I am up just chillin' in the hotel, not the airport thank goodness! So that is how my day went since I got my first trip. Just hopefully, once I get to the airport the plane will actually leave and we wont have to spend another day chillin' in the wonderful airport...but then again I guess I better get used to it! :-)

Hey everyone! So I thought I would update about my job. So I am still in Dulles, Va at the Washington Dulles International Airport. I got awarded Grand Junction, CO effective June 29th so then I will be in Colorado! This is only my 3rd day of work the first two I was on reserve (on call) and then today I am at the airport on ready reserve (on call at the airport in uniform ready to go). Haven't been on a flight yet, but have used my wonderful flight benefits! This weekend Jeremy and I went to Utah for my friends wedding and got to see my wonderful friend Bonnie!!! :-) It was so good to see her and she got to meet my hubby. Then I came back to VA and Jeremy went to Bakersfield for a few days.
As of right now we might be moving back to Bakersfield at least until I get settled in to the base that I am going to stay at. Jeremy will be in Bakersfield working until we figure it out, because he was working at 2Wire for Volt (a temp agency) and 2Wire let him go, which totally sucks! So now he is looking for a job in Bakersfield since all of his friends and family life there. And it isnt that easy for me to come back to Phoenix, so that way he will be able to hang out with his friends instead of being bored to death. But if I like Colorado when I get there, we might end up moving there. We will see how things go. So that is what is going on in our life right now.

Hey everyone! Training is going good so far. I have about 1 1/2 weeks left.....and then I have to wait for my IOE. And after that I go to my base which is...Dulles, VA ( its by Washington DC). They said that I could be back in Phoenix in maybe 3 months, so we'll see. I'll I have to do now is find a "crash pad" around there. And then on my days off I can come home and see my hubby.

I'm off!

I'm just getting ready for Jeremy to take me to the hotel, that I'll be staying at for training. I start tomorrow! I really hope I do well, cuz if not, I'm out! I am really sad but excited and nervous at the same time. Sad cuz I wont be staying at home with Jeremy, and I'll be lucky if I get to see him everyday. Excited for training to start, as long as I do good...and I am nervous because my last day at the preschool was Friday and if I dont get an 85% on the enterance exam then they send you home...and I have no job. I mean I could go back to the preschool, but I dont think I really want to as much as I love everyone I worked with.
And as for Jeremy going Level 2, hasnt happened yet. His training class go canceled until the next available date. Well I need to get the rest of my stuff together. I'll try to write more, especially about how my training is going. :-) WISH ME LUCK!!!

So it seems that I'm not to good at this whole blogspot thing. But I will try to get better. Jeremy and I are doing good here in Arizona. He is working at a company called 2Wire. Yesterday he found out that he gets to go to Level 2 and he will get $1.22 raise :-) And soon he plans on going back to school to get his AS in Computer Networking. So until then we are staying in Arizona. As for me. I've been working at a preschool and childcare facility since October. My last day is April 18th, b/c I will be attending training to become a flight attendant with Mesa Air Group (united, us airways, and delta) So as long as I can keep and 85% while in training, I will soon be a flight attendant. So we are just waiting to see how everything plays out. They best part about being a FA are they flying perks. We would get to fly anywhere they fly for FREE as well as my parents. Which would be wonderful, seeing that all our family lives in California. My sister lives in Washington, and his dad and grandparents live in Utah. :-) So that will be a major bonus being able to go see/meet them. Well I have to be getting back to work now, breaks just about over.
